e3 Informatics is committed to improving the way behavioral healthcare is delivered and funded. Vince Joyce founded e3 Informatics in 1999 to help behavioral healthcare providers and payers become more efficient through the use of software systems and data analysis. Over the years, e3 Informatics has provided expert consulting services in system implementation, electronic healthcare claims, electronic data interchange (EDI) and behavioral healthcare analytics. We have a vast amount of experience with publicly funded behavioral healthcare programs, particularly those funded through Medicaid.
e3 Informatics has worked extensively with Medicaid behavioral health managed care; using electronic data to analyze member eligibility, per member per month payments (PMPM), incurred but not reported services (IBNR) and service authorization and delivery trends.
Vince Joyce, e3 Informatics President, is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS). He is also a member of the Accredited Standards Committee X12 (ASC X12). ASC X12 is the non-profit organization that develops and maintains electronic data interchange (EDI) standards. Vince earned his degrees in Economics and Public Policy Analysis from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and was a Brooks Scholar.
e3 Informatics maintains a network of behavioral healthcare professionals, CPAs, project managers and software programmers that assist as needed with specific projects. We have the flexibility to provide the specific expertise needed for your project.
At e3 Informatics, we work to make a difference.
